On Monday 24 March 2025, the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Logistics Command, Rear Admiral OO Fadeyi paid a courtesy visit to the Commandant Naval War College Nigeria, Rear Admiral AO Olodude at the Naval War College Nigeria (NWCN) in Calabar. The visit aimed at appreciating the logistics challenge of the College and rendering necessary assistance.
In his remarks, the FOC stated that the aim of his familiarization visit is to appreciate the logistics challenge of the College and render necessary assistance. He also stated that although there have been communication between himself and the Commandant on logistics challenges of the College, but his visit is to have an on-the-spot assessment. The FOC concluded his remarks by assuring the Commandant NWCN of his commitment to addressing the logistics challenges of the College.
In response, the Commandant NWCN solicited for the FOC’s support in addressing the logistics challenges of the College while stating that the College is presently making the best use of available resources at her disposal towards sustaining an enabling environment conducive for learning and work to thrive hitch-free.
