Naval War College Nigeria Inaugurates Command Level Officers Course 4

The Naval War College Nigeria Calabar today inaugurated 25 Participants of the Command Level Officers Course 4 (CLC 4). The 25 participants were all drawn from the Nigerian Navy. The highpoint of the ceremony was inaugural lecture titled “Developing the Next Generation of Naval Leaders/ Commanders” delivered by Rear Admiral Thaddeus Christopher Udofia Rtd the Guest Speaker and Special Guest of Honour for the event. The lecture proffered ways of improving command and leadership in view of the contemporary and rapidly changing nature of the maritime operating environment. The erstwhile Commandant of the College Rear Admiral AO Ayobanjo expressed his gratitude to the Guest Speaker for sharing his wealth of knowledge with the College and the Chief of the Naval Staff for his support and enjoined the participants to put in their best during the course to prove that they are worth being nominated for the course. Other dignitaries at the event includes the Acting Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Naval Command Commodore PE Efedue amongst others. The CLC  4 which commenced on 18 January 2021 is expected to last for a period of 3 weeks. Some pictures of the ceremony are shown below.
